Acai Bowls

It took me a very long time...maybe a few years if I was being honest, before I actually tried an Acai Bowl and BOY OH BOY was I missing something special. I love that it can be a quick smoothie or you can make it thick and add so many different fruits and nuts to suite your own taste.Perfect!

Ingredients

2 Pure Acai Sachets

2 Frozen Bananas

Approx 1 Cup Coconut Water Or Pure Apple Juice (Add Gradually)

Garnish

Coconut Yoghurt

Berries

Gluten Free Granola

Kiwi Fruit

Coconut Flakes

GO WILD AND USE AND FRUITS,NUTS OR TOPPINGS YOU LOVE!

Method

Place Acai and bananas in a high powered blender with half of the liquid and blend on high. Stop stir and blend again. Add a small amount of liquid and blend until you achieve a thick ice-cream consistency. Pour into a bowl and top with all of your favourite smoothie toppings.
